MINDFULNESS BASED STRESS REDUCTION
Through discussion, presentation and guided mindfulness exercises, you will learn about the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction groups.
Session will be held at Deborah’s office at 165 Route 6A, Orleans, MA.
